Cancellation Policy

At Terra Acupuncture and Herbs, our goal is to provide high quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilise available appointments for our patients in need of health care.

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies. In order to be respectful of the health needs of the community, please be courteous and kindly contact the clinic at least 24 hours prior if you are unable to attend an appointment so that someone else who urgently needs a treatment can be attended to at that time.

There is no charge if your appointment is canceled 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments (No-Show) or cancelled less than 24-hour before the appointment time will be charged 100%.

Please contact our office staff if any special circumstance may results in the late cancellation of your appointment.
